다문화 가정에서 필리핀 따갈로그어 화자의 한국어 습득에 나타난 모음의 음성형태
Korean as second language acquisition for Filipina Tagalog speaker immigrants in korea is a process as transitional ability at the point of interlanguage. The aim of this study is to find the korean vowels error patterns of Filipina immigrants. These findings can clarify objectively the differences of acoustic cues on spectrogram in comparison with native korean for the speech correction. Eight Filipina Tagalog speakers and seven female korean participate in the experiments. Picture naming test containing vowels are asked to Filipina with simultaneous sound recording. Vowel durations, formants and formant zone, pitch and energy are analyzed using Multi-speech program. The results are as followings: (1) The total vowel durations of Filipina are longer than those of Korean. (2) The vowel pitchs of Filipina are higher than those of Korean. (3) Formant zone of closed vowel /e/ is larger than korean, however, korean compound closed vowel /e/ and open vowel /./ on plot formant. (4) Back vowels /o/ and /./ scatter with large formant zones. (5) F2 of center vowel /./ of Filipina moves posterior in comparison with korean.
